Click the SIGN UP button and fill in the required details (email, password, etc.). You’ll receive a verification email—just click the link, and your account is ready to go!

What if I forget my password?

Go to "Sign In" and click "Forgot Password". We’ll send a recovery link to your email so you can set a new password. You can also email our support team for assistance.

Can I add another currency to my account?

Yes! Simply visit your 'My Account' page, select 'Add Currency,' and choose your preferred currency from the list.

Can I create multiple ODDZE accounts?

No, multiple accounts are not allowed at ODDZE.

Is my personal data safe at ODDZE?

Are the games fair?

How do I submit my documents, and check their status?

Upload your documents via the ‘Documents’ tab in your profile (max 2MB; formats: pdf, gif, jpeg, jpg, bmp, png, tif). Once submitted, we’ll verify them, and you can track the status directly in the same tab.

Can I close my account for a period of time?

Yes! You can self-exclude from your profile for a set time, or contact our 24/7 support via LiveChat or email to temporarily close your account with the option to reopen it later.
